Kamna Payment and Refund Policy
How paying for Kamna works, how to cancel, and when Kamna refunds a payment.
Effective date: 3 October 2026
Kamna (kamna.app) is production management software for garment and textile factories, made by K N Industries, Tiruppur, Tamil Nadu, India (GSTIN 33AFBPJ8394L1Z2). This page is Kamna's payment and refund policy, published under India's Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
Kamna's policy in brief
Kamna has one plan, billed monthly, with no lock-in and no long-term contract.
You can cancel Kamna at any time on the Kamna checkout page, with no fee.
Kamna does not refund subscription payments, and Kamna refunds any charge made in error in full.
Kamna never deletes a factory's data because the factory stopped paying.
How much does Kamna cost?
In India, Kamna costs Rs 9,999 a month plus 18% GST, which is Rs 11,799 a month in total, rounded to the nearest rupee.
Outside India, Kamna costs $99 a month, with no Indian GST added, because the service is exported. Any tax your own country charges on services bought from abroad is yours to account for.
Kamna has one plan with the whole product included. Kamna has no tiers.
Every Kamna plan includes the factory owner and up to five staff logins.
Kamna bills in rupees when your billing country and your location at payment are both India. Kamna bills in dollars when both are outside India, and in rupees when they disagree.
Kamna fixes your currency at your first payment. To change it, write to support@kamna.app.
Does Kamna have a free trial?
Every factory gets a 30-day free trial of Kamna with the whole product. Kamna asks for no card or payment details to start the trial.
Under Kamna's launch offer, factories that sign up before 20 October 2026 start their 30-day free trial on 20 October 2026, so their trial runs to the end of 19 November 2026.
You can pay for Kamna during your trial. Your first paid month then starts on the day you pay, and the trial ends that day.
How do I pay for Kamna?
Kamna takes payment only at kamna.app/checkout, from the factory owner while signed in. The Kamna mobile apps do not take payment.
In India, Kamna accepts UPI Autopay, cards and bank e-mandates. Outside India, Kamna accepts cards.
Razorpay processes every Kamna payment. Kamna never sees or stores card or bank account details.
Kamna renews automatically once a month. Your next renewal date is always shown on the Kamna checkout page.
Before each Kamna renewal, you receive a notice at least 24 hours ahead with the amount, the date and how to opt out, as the Reserve Bank of India requires for recurring payments.
Kamna does not pro-rate. Each Kamna payment buys one month.
Does Kamna issue GST invoices?
K N Industries emails a tax invoice for every Kamna payment.
At your first payment, Kamna asks once for your invoice details: legal name, address and phone number, plus state and GSTIN in India, or country and tax ID outside India. Kamna uses those details on every later invoice. To correct them, write to support@kamna.app.
What happens if a Kamna payment fails?
If a Kamna renewal by card or UPI fails, Razorpay retries the charge on each of the next three days.
Kamna keeps working normally for 7 days from the date a failed renewal was due.
If the retries fail, the Kamna subscription stops and nothing more is charged. You can pay again at kamna.app/checkout at any time. That starts a new monthly cycle on the day you pay, and Kamna never charges for the days in between.
What happens when a Kamna trial or subscription ends?
Every Kamna account has an access date: the end of the free trial, or the end of the paid month plus 7 days. A payment moves the access date forward.
After the access date, a Kamna account stays open and no data is deleted.
After the access date, you can still view and export all your data in Kamna and read it through the Kamna API. Writing data into Kamna through the Kamna API waits until you pay.
Kamna never holds up work already in progress in the app. After the access date, you can still record goods coming back from vendors, close lots, enter cutting on open lots, receive and count stock, and edit existing entries.
After the access date, four actions in the Kamna app wait for payment: creating a new style, creating a new garment lot, creating a new fabric run, and sending goods to a vendor.
How do I cancel Kamna?
The factory owner can cancel Kamna at any time on the Kamna checkout page, with no fee and no form to fill.
Cancelling Kamna stops every future charge at once. You keep full use of Kamna to the end of the paid month plus 7 days.
Once your paid month has ended, you can subscribe again on the Kamna checkout page, and your new month starts on the day you pay.
You can also cancel the Kamna payment mandate through your bank or UPI app. Your Kamna access runs to the same date either way.
Does Kamna give refunds?
Kamna does not refund subscription payments, because you can cancel at any time and keep the month you have already paid for.
Kamna refunds any charge made in error in full, including the GST on it. That covers a duplicate charge, a charge after a cancellation took effect, and a wrong amount.
To claim a Kamna refund for a charge made in error, write to support@kamna.app with the payment details.
Kamna refunds go back to the original payment method, in the currency you paid in, usually within 7 to 10 business days of Kamna confirming the error. Your bank may take longer to show it, and a currency conversion by your bank is outside Kamna's control.
Can I leave Kamna and keep my data?
Your factory's data in Kamna belongs to your factory, and you can export it at any time, including after your access date.
The factory owner can delete the Kamna account from inside the Kamna app: open More, tap your account card at the top, and use Delete account at the bottom of Factory details. You can also ask by writing to support@kamna.app.
Deleting a Kamna account removes the account and all its data from Kamna at once, signs out every login and stops any subscription. Backup copies are gone within 30 days. Tax invoices stay with K N Industries, as Indian law requires.
Can the Kamna price change?
If the Kamna price changes, Kamna emails you before the new price applies to any payment of yours. You can cancel before then at no cost.
Who handles complaints about Kamna payments?
Kamna's Grievance Officer is Paras Gupta, reachable at support@kamna.app or +91 99444 85193.
Kamna acknowledges complaints within 48 hours and resolves them within 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you may take the matter to the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
